Time will turn - Poem

time has and always will have
A way of changing things,  
Ever as we live each second  
The world is turning; as it has since time began  

Nothing we see and feel
Will ever stay the same,  
Mountains turn to ash,  
Stars live and die  
But still the world will turn; as it has since time began  

To a new day
To a new week  
To a new month  
To a new year
To a new millennia  
And beyond to a new life in heaven.

So look to the new  
Not to the past  
So look to the sky  
Not to the ground
So look for the new life
Not the life lived  
And still the world will turn, as it has since time began
